Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your tea as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened tea and unused accessories. Please note that for food safety reasons, any opened tea or consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your tea remains in its original, heat-sealed packaging and that accessories are unused and in their original box.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and a photo of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the original packing slip before dropping the package off at any authorized shipping carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
